Juliet Humphries worked as a corporate finance lawyer in the City and subsequently became one of the first Professional Support Lawyers in London. For nine years she was Director of Knowledge at Linklaters with global responsibility for knowledge and information, including responsibility for a team of over 150 Professional Support Lawyers and information professionals worldwide.

Juliet has an MBA in law firm management from Nottingham Law School and produced her Masters dissertation paper on the electronic delivery of legal services by law firms.

Juliet has spoken extensively, both in and outside the UK, on topics relating to knowledge management and the delivery of information services. Juliet has also been actively involved in a number of working parties which have considered a wide range of knowledge and information related issues both in the legal market and outside it.

Juliet is also a senior associate with TFPL (www.tfpl.com) an advisory, training, research services and recruitment company, focusing on knowledge and information management.
